The production planning module is one of the most important modules in our PharmaVerge ERP system. It helps pharma companies to plan their production processes efficiently and effectively. It provides a detailed overview of the manufacturing process, including: the cost of manufacturing, The amount of capacity required for the manufacturing process; the time required for the manufacturing process; the equipment needed for the manufacturing process; the raw material cost of the manufacturing process; and the amount of time required for each stage of the manufacturing process.

The production planning module collects and analyses information and data from multiple modules of PharmaVerge ERP system in order to plan production.

Batch Management: You can manage all your batch of product and manage it from the PharmaVerge ERP, There are numerous reasons to use batch management, including the tracking of quality issues in a recall batches, products near expiration date, the need for a specific ISO certification, and so on.

Batch Costing: PharmaVerge ERP's batch costing groups the products as a batch automatically numbers the batches, efficiently records the material issued and labor time, and calculates and projects costs for different batches, which are then compared in order to determine the total cost spent.

Batch Tracking: Batch tracking is the process of tracing and monitoring a product's batch; batch tracking assists you in understanding the quality of the product and identifying the source of problems, among other things.

Process activity recording: Using process activity recording, you can track and monitor all of your production activity processes in PharmaVerge ERP, and save all of the data and information of production activity.

Online rejection: During the storage, dispensing, or processing of any batch, if any abnormal observation or defect is discovered in the raw or packaging materials, everything is reported in "Online Rejection".

Material Planning: If your material is well-planned, you can easily use it in production; you can differentiate the material according to production, and you can easily give it a location and note it in the PharmaVerge ERP system so that when you need it, you can easily find it.

Production Plan Tracking: Tracking status of each production plan. Production plan may have multiple batches. System allows to trek status at batch level.

Procurement tracking: With PharmaVerge ERP's procurement tracking, you can keep track on the purchase of items. It includes details about the customer who made the purchase, the warehouse from where it was made, and the quantity of the item is ordered.

Multiple transfer to trading and multiple pack product release: PharmaVerge ERP is used by pharmaceutical businesses to handle trade and multiple transfer activity. Additionally, you give your pharmaceutical product release a multipack and increase your trade, product sales, and profit.

Splitting batch: When getting small order for same generic product from different customers with different brand name, and BMR not allow small batch, then system help in splitting batches at time of BPR.

Reserving Material for Batch: System provides way to check feasibility to start batch. Once the production department sees availability of materials for a batch, they can reserve material by approving batch. This help in so material do not get used in another batch when batch is already confirmed.

Reserving Material for Product: Many times, a inward of packing material, when used for a product that cannot be used for other products. System provides way to make that inward usable to specific products only.

Make specific material management: When there is customer specific material, must be used for that customer’s product only. PharmaVerge allows tag material to be specific to make. Also, formula master has a way to specify which material must be used from vendor only.
